2019-19 Conversations that Matter series; Session 2

MCCHS Conversations that Matter: Vaping and E-Cigarettes

In an effort to partner with our families and community, Marian Central Catholic High School is hosting a quarterly series on various topics that are important and impact our students.

This second session in this year's series will review the dangers pre-teens and teens face while experimenting with Vaping and E-CIgarettes. This session will include a discussion on the recent data about teen use of Vaping and E-Cigarettes, as well as the effects of these on the individual's physical, mental, social, and even spiritual being.

We will have two expert speakers to address this topic:

Bridget Hoffman, Health Educator for McHenry County Health Department

Chrissy Huelsman, Health Educator for McHenry County Health Department

*Please click here to read the presenters' biographies.

Father Twenty will also be in attendance to address the Church's perspective on this issue.

Please join us as we talk about this tough but real concern and look for real solutions together.

>>> This session is designed for BOTH parents and students.
