Other Things to Consider:
The biggest question that parents have is, "Will my child be prepared for High School?" Ladd meets students where they are and challenges them to the next level. The student reflection and ownership that is developed at Ladd prepares students to be independent learners. They learn to be advocates of their own learning process. Students also rotate amongst core teaching staff, preparing them for varying requirements and expectations in high school. As they improve their content knowledge, they will develop their flexibility and social skills.
