Pain
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by thinking of it as a positive thing. What I will gain from that "pain" is It will tell me what to do and what not to do. it will tell me to make change or see things differently. I will learn from my pain and, as a result I will no longer experience that pain and I will be a happier person.
Environment
I Am Who I Am Because Of My Surroundings.
I want happiness in life. So, I need to surround myself with people who lead a positive life. I also need to surround myself with people who encourage me and support me and find only the good things in me.
