Old Town Star Staff News
November 17th through December 5th
Our ROCK STAR of the Week Is...
Sadia Tabassam, one of OTE's Star 4th Grade Teachers!!! You are entitled to a week long jeans/shorts pass and the "traveling parking space trophy!!!" CONGRATULATIONS to you!!!!
A little about Mrs. Tabassam...
How many years have you been an educator?

Tell us about your family....
My parents were originally from Pakistan and migrated to England in the 1970s. I was raised in the North of England with my 2 older brothers and 1 older sister. I have an enormous extended family, as both my parents were 1 of 7 siblings. I married 3 years ago and now am blessed to have added a new section to my family.
What do you like to do for fun?
I love to play soccer, I play on a city league with my husband; though I am not very good! :(
What's the one thing you enjoy most about working with students and/or families at Old Town?
I love how tight-knit and friendly everybody is. I love how students and families at Old Town make an effort to know who you are and say "Hi!" You feel part of a large family.
Tell us about one strength you possess.
I am a very determined person, I will keep trying until I accomplish my goal.
*If you haven't already done so, please tell us a little about yourself here!
