Electronic Device Policy

This is a good time to review with students the appropriate use of electronic devices they may have gotten as a gift and are now bringing to school. Any student who has a device for reading should have an Electronic Device Policy on file with their teacher.

Tell Your Story!

Send pictures of what is happening in your classroom to share on social media and the webpage. Show the community the wonderful things your students are doing. Pictures will be posted on the school's Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook accounts as well as in a webpage slideshow.

Tech Tip: Nature Sound Map

Free Technology 4 Teachers is a great resource for finding tutorials on technology tools or discovering something new to try. A recent post highlighted the Nature Soundmap project which records sounds of animals and natural locations around the world that students can listen to when learning about animals. It is a great resource to support a unit on animals, or just fun to explore and listen to the sounds of the world.
