Technology Information
Winter Themed BREAKOUTS-Let me know if you need any help or want my company. Mrs. Lundstrum
Virtual Reality is easy to implement into centers or whole group activity. Google expeditions has hundreds of VR lessons already created. Take a look at this Google Expedition list and let Lundstrum know if you want to try this in your classroom. I would be glad to come in and have a VR center with your students.
Prodigy is not on the approved list of sites on Classlink. It can not be accessed on school network.
Safety Bird Enrique
Was sent out this past week in an e-mail and will be discussed at faculty meeting, but as a reminder:
Care Team Protocol:
Summary: If you are in a crisis situation and need a Care Team member call for the Care Team i.e. “Care Team to Walkup’s room level 2” (Since ya’ll don’t have walkies ya’ll will call Martha in event of a crisis situation in ya’lls room)
Level 1: In a crisis, need a member to be present, but not interact
Level 2: In crisis, need someone to be ready to restrain or help clear a room/watch other students. Someone needed ASAP.
Level 3: In a crisis actively restraining or going hands on prior to call. Need someone to assist ASAP
On the move: Child is running. Give location child is heading along w/ classroom i.e. “On the move to café, Walkup’s class”
As we start a the New Year....
