Students are not permitted to wear full face masks at Chester High School. If the student comes to Chester High School in a full face mask they will be required to take it off. They will not be permitted to wear the masks in the building or on school property.

Please make sure students are on time and ready to learn! In the event of an absence please provide an absence note. If students are late make sure you get a late pass to ensure attendance is recorded correctly.

All 9th Grade Students and Students new to Chester Upland District who have NOT been issued a Chromebook, they are available. Please tell your 1st period teacher and they will send a list to Ms. Sgro. Ms. Sgro will provide the list to IT for the Students to get the Chromebooks. Please do not send students directly to IT. IT will provide the Chromebooks to Chester High Administration for distribution. Distribution directions will be provided once the lists are received and IT prepares the Chromebooks. Educators please provide the list by email to Ms. Sgro by end of day Wednesday, November 2nd.

All students who did not return a Chromebook last year, lost their Chromebook or have a damaged Chromebook the fee scale is listed below:

Damaged Chromebook $50.00 (must bring the damaged Chromebook to return)

Replacement Chromebook $150.00 (includes Chromebook and charger)

Replacement Charger $20.00

We will be taking some of our eligible students on a HBCU College Tour in February. We are asking for donations to defray some of the cost. To sponsor a Chester High Student it is $260.00. The CUSD high school counselors will be hosting a College & Career Fair at CHS on 12/7/22. The senior workshop hour will begin at 3 pm and end at 4 pm. The workshop will include topics such as senior checklist, FAFSA application, scholarship help, and more! The college fair will begin at 4 pm and conclude at 6 pm.

Please make sure all dues and activities fees are paid in order to participate in Senior Class Events.

Please come out and support our Girls Basketball Home Opener on Tuesday December 7th at 5:00pm at the Fred Pickett Gymnasium.

Our Boys Basketball Team will play Downington West at West Chester University this Friday Night, December 9th. Time to be determine. Check the Website for start time
