Since, Hinduism is the most popular religion in India, we will start with that first. Hinduism believes in the caste system. The caste system divides people into groups by their wealth, occupation, and their birth. Also the ranks are Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaisyas, and Sudras and there is one more, but it is considered a class because it is so low which is the Untoachables. Hindus believe in the Brahman ,it is made up of different gods . Those gods are Visha the preserver, Brahma the creator.Siva who is the destroyer.

On the other hand , Buddhism is pretty different. Buddhism does not believe in the caste system unlike the Hindus. Buddhism believes in the eight fold path and the four noble truths . Siddhartha found the three reasons why people suffer that were "wanting what we like , but not have" and "wanting to keep what we like and already have " also " not wanting what we like , but already have". Buddhism also believes in meditation, meditation is the focusing of the spiritual ideas.Buddhism has no gods and they also believe in fasting which is going without food for a period of time.
