Different types of skin cancer
Basal cell
Basal cell carcinoma usually occurs in sun exposed areas of your body such as your neck, or face.
Squamous cell
most often, squamous cell carcinoma on sun exposed areas of your body such as your face, ears and hands. People with darker skin are more likely to develop this type of cancer on areas that aren't exposed to the sun.
Melanoma
Melanoma can develop anywhere on your body, in otherwise normal skin or in an existing mole that becomes cancerous.
My personal statement
I picked this topic because there are so many people that are diagnosed with this kind of cancer and it was just an interesting topic to do and I learn a lot of weird and important things about this sickness. I wished I would have learned more about the prognosis about this topic but my article said very little things about it.
