IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Parents we need your help to keep our students and staff safe. We will be closing the gate at the entrance of the car rider line at 8:10 a.m. when the tardy bell rings. Once the gate is closed, please pull around to the front parking lot and escort your student inside the first set of doors. Do not allow your student to run across the lanes unescorted, as they are tardy at this time and need to be signed in.
We will be closing the gate in the afternoon once all car rider numbers have been recorded for those that are in line on time. This typically occurs by 3:35 p.m. Once the gate is closed, please pull around to the front parking lot and wait in your vehicle until the car line is clear. After that time, you will need to come in with your dismissal tag or ID, scan the late check-out QR code, and wait for a staff member to clear you.
To avoid these delays, be in the car rider line before arrival at 8:10 and dismissal at 3:20 p.m. Being on time ensures that our staff is available to get students inside or outside safely.
**Should inclement weather or other emergencies arise, we will adjust this plan accordingly.***
Parents in the car rider line - please ensure that you stay in the exact lane that you pull into and remain there until you receive your student(s). This will help to speed up the process for getting our students safely in their cars. Thank you!
Bus Riders - Kinder parents or a responsible sibling must be waiting as students unload the bus. Please be at the stop waiting by 3:20 p.m.
Walkers - Parents in Pre-K, Kinder, and 1st grade will need to show dismissal tags at the walker line. For safety reasons, please stand at designated locations to receive students and wait for a staff member to release them.
Tardies begin after 8:10. Help us get our students in quickly and safely.
Do not block the doors or sidewalk. See below where your help is needed.
Help us keep our tags on!
We wear HOUSE colors EVERY Monday. Students can earn HOUSE points and they
will have the opportunity to be showcased on our leaderboard in the main hall!
Please see the parent brochure below for more information on the HOUSE system!
If you would like to donate items for our designated House celebrations

Information on procedures for Emergency Contacts - from the Katy ISD Handbook
Each year parents/guardians are asked to designate persons on their child’s enrollment card who can be contacted in the case of an emergency occurring at school when a parent/guardian cannot be reached. An emergency may be as simple as a child with fever who needs to be taken home to a child who needs to be taken to the hospital via an ambulance for a severe medical condition. As a reminder, the enrollment card states, “Emergency contacts are only authorized access to information regarding the student and authority to transport the student in an emergency situation occurring at school when the parent/guardian cannot be reached. At any other time, emergency contacts have no rights regarding the student and must have written authorization from the parent/guardian for a specific date/time to pick up the student from school.” The parent/guardian must include a copy of their photo ID with the written authorization. It is important that the names and phone numbers listed for emergency contacts are accurate at all times.
Bethke has a community rewards partnership with Kroger.
