>Shelby Owens<

What Is It?

Contamination is when an unwanted particle makes its way on a human body, on & in food or a body of water, also a natural environment. The first thought of contamination came in the 13th century when it was brought to Englands King Edward was told about a change in the rain. Contamination is a form of pollution where we breathe in dust, carbon dioxide, methane, etc.

How Its Done

All chemicals have a level of impurity. Contamination can be recognized or not and may become an issue if the impure chemical is mixed with other chemicals or mixtures and causes additional chemical reactions. It is when the two chemicals mix as one when the material becomes impure & contaminated.

Water is the most common contaminant. Oceans, lakes, & rivers are the 3 most popular bump sites for most pollution bond companies.
