Walk every day
If you walk every day or walk your dog, you build up leg muscles and have a good time looking at other things. I go on walks with my dog Lucille. Walking makes you much more healthy and you feel much better.
Laughter - it makes you feel good
When you laugh, you feel good, which makes you more happy. You're not very grouchy. We laugh at the beginning of martial arts class to get ourselves pumped up and ready.
