PT Conferences

Wednesday, Feb. 8th, 5-8pm

12701 West 67th Street

Shawnee, KS

Hello Parents! Our Spring Conferences are upon us, and we would like to welcome you back to Northwest!! The conferences will be held Wednesday evening, February 8 from 5-8pm. Teachers will be assigned to a classroom/designated area and parents can walk-in to see them (no prior appointments required). It is first-come, first-serve, so please be patient if there is a short line. Teachers will have signs indicating if they are in a meeting or if they are ready to see someone. These meetings are meant to be a short check-in of 3-4 minutes so teachers are able to see as many parents as possible. If you require a longer conference, please contact the teacher to schedule a time on a different day. As you enter the building, there will be information posted as to where each teacher can be found. If you require an interpreter other than Spanish speaking, please reach out to Stefanie Forbes as soon as possible so we are able to have someone in place for you. If you have any questions, please contact Stefanie Forbes at 913.993.7356 or stefanieforbes@smsd.org. She is also located in room 127. We look forward to seeing you on February 8.
