Learn how to use Echo, our learning management system, to monitor student work progress and to keep up with what is happening in their classes. This workshop will introduce you to the tools available in Echo which will support student learning.

What is I-Ready and How Does It Help My Student?
Presenter: Parent Trainer from Curriculum Associates
When: February 10th
AUSD uses a diagnostic program called I-Ready to assessment student progress in English Language Arts and Mathematics. In addition to testing data, this program also provides instructional modules which provides students with instruction in those target areas identified by testing. This is a powerful tool for students. Learn how to use its features to help your student practice in targeted areas and how to encourage their work in this workshop.
What Support is Available to my Student, How do I Access it?

When: February 17
As Distance Learning began, several learning and other supports were put in place for students and families. This workshop identifies those supports and others that Black Diamond have put into place. It also shares how to access them and which ones will best fit the need. Participants will leave with a clear picture of which supports are needed and how to access the targeted support.

Mindfulness Activities for the Home! We are so over this!
THIS IS A 3 PART SERIES!
Presenter: District SEL Team
When: February 24th, March 3rd and March 10th
This has been a very stressful year for many reasons and families have had to find ways to deal with the impact of this stress on each family member. This workshop introduces individuals and families to Mindfulness as a strategy for dealing with the stress of our time. Other strategies will be shared as well and participates will leave with new tools for dealing with their social emotional needs.
