Water is the most important nutrient because we need water to survive. We need at least some type of water in our system. We can get water from fruits such as; apples, blueberries,cantaloupe,etc.... we can also get water from foods and vegetables such as; lettuce, broccoli, meats etc...Our body is made out of 90% of water.
- Water is good for your system and your body
- Water is great choice to drink when you are excersing
- Water is good for your brain
- Water can be very helpful to your bodly functions
- Water can help prevent cancer
