Shout Outs
- Thank you to all the specialists who assisted with first day dismissal routines! You all were amazing!
- Thank you to Bly and Parker who have been holding down the office. We are so excited to have Wooten on board and be a whole team again!
- Fischi, you are such a great addition to the administrative team. Thank you for all you have done for our Lions in the short amount of time.
Welcome!
Fire Drill
Kudos for getting out quickly and safely, having your emergency kits, and getting all students lined up safely at the fences.
For our next drill, please remind students to shut the door to the classroom behind them and enter the building just as quiet as they exited.
Internal Lockdown Preparation
Procedures for internal and external lockdown drills will be sent the beginning of next week.
School Safety - Doors
Shoes that Fit
Cafeteria Procedures
- Go through the line one time to get any snacks and condiments. Students will not be allowed to purchase additional snacks or go back to get additional condiments.
- Students who bring their lunch but also wish to purchase a snack should go through the line with their class and not wait until later.
- Students should raise their hand if they need anything (fork, napkin, water, bathroom...no condiments will be given out). Encourage them to use the hand signals.
Also, while we love for our children to make healthy choices, we cannot restrict the number of snacks they purchase. If students have money on their accounts, they can purchase snacks any day and in any amount as long as the parents allow.
