A Note from Your TOSA and Mentors
"How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world." - Anne Frank
Come check out our new redesigned Canvas sidebar. We've tried to make access to the different sections of the course more easily available for you as you navigate. We've even added a section on Speed Stacks to get you started on this fun activity.
Looking for something different? Check out Neal's Project Adventure to get your students collaborating and communicating better.

P.E. Methods
Classroom Management - PBIS Videos
Students may start to get complacent or simply, have just forgotten some of their expectations. Spend a session this month to review rules and expectations. Consider shooting a video that models what you expect of them.
Need us to shoot a "model" video for you? Just let us know and we can help create!
App of the Month - Spin It
Spin It is a random exercise & activity generator that brings the fun back to your activities. Use the app to create your own ‘spinners’ in minutes, allowing you to randomise the results for serendipitous fun.
Add your own images to the spinner to uniquely identify them amongst their groups. One tap and your ready for a ton of randomized fun.
Features include
– Custom pictures and images for your spinners
– iCloud sync your spinners between your devices
– Swipe to remove activities from a spinner. This allows you to ensure different results each spin
– Shake to restore removed activities from a spinner
With Spin It, you can workout at home, in the gym, while traveling, or just about anywhere.
Playout
The goal of PlayOut is to remind that exercise is fun, and to teach kids how to get fit for life. With PlayOut: The Game of Fitness, you can exercise anywhere, anytime, without any equipment. 3-5 minutes of PlayOut a day will make you stronger, faster, more flexible, more focused, and more capable in your physical activities and daily life.
