THE NORTH PTO WISHES YOU A SUNNY & WONDERFUL SUMMER HOLIDAY!

The North PTO is excited to begin planning for the upcoming school year. We are still in need of a Web and Social Media Administrator to share PTO news and communicate all the PTO activities for the 2022-23 school year; contact PTO President Susan Jones at andrinijones@gmail.com if interested in this position.

Please support the North PTO by paying for your family’s PTO membership during registration which opens on July 1st.

PTO membership is $30/a family (not per student) and does NOT require any time commitment. 97% of our budget comes from membership dues. The PTO only runs two fundraisers a year (Tea sale in fall and Butter Braid sale in Spring), without membership dues numerous events would be in jeopardy. The PTO’s focus is on supporting student social events and student health, providing parent information and support for parent events at school, and providing North staff support when needed and hospitality.

PTO FUNDS SUPPORT THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:

Post Prom - PTO $ contribution and committee run Post Prom

Homecoming – Refreshments for all attendees

Bi-Annual Heart Screening - PTO $ contribution, screening is free to all students

Freshmen, Sophomore, and Junior Test Day Snacks

Back to School, Curriculum Night, and Future Freshman Night – Refreshments for all

Senior Scholarships – 2 individual $1000 scholarships

Senior Class Graduation Yard Signs – Free for all graduates

Nurse’s Office – Water, juice, granola bars, and personal items

Teacher Grants – To support classroom instruction

Teacher Conference Dinner and Teacher Appreciation Events

Pizza with The Principal – Lunch provided to student attendees

And We Support School Events as Requested
