Who Was Davy CROCKETT?

HIS ADVENTURES

HIS ADVENTURES WERE CRAZY FROM FIGHTING BEARS TO FIGHTING MEXICAN SOLDIERS. HE WAS BORN ON AUGUST 17, 1786 AND HE DIED ON MARCH 6, 1836. WHEN HE WAS A UNION SOLIDER HE WAS WOUNDED AND WHEN HE GOT HOME HIS WIFE WAS SICK FOR 2 WEEKS AND DIED. HE WAS LONELY HE DIDN'T HAVE WIFE. THEN HE DATED A GIRL AND GOT MARRIED. SHE HAD KIDS TO HE RAN FOR GOVERNOR AND WON. HE RAN OTHER TIMES AND WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL BUT RAN AGAIN AND WAS SUCCESSFUL. HE STARTED FARMING. WHEN HE HEARD THAT TEXAS WAS FIGHTING A REVOLUTION HE WANTED TO JOIN IN. DAVY WENT TO TEXAS AND SAW ANIMALS THAT HES NEVER SEEN BEFORE. HE JOINED JIM BOWIE AND OTHERS TO FIGHT FOR TEXAS INDEPENDENCE. HE WAS SENT TO BLOW UP THE ALAMO AND DID'T HE HELD IT AND THEN GOT SICK. HE SHARED COMMAND WITH WILLIAM TRAVIS. WILLIAM TRAVIS ASKED SOLDIERS, " WHO WANTS TO DIE IN THE ALAMO WITH ME?" DAVY WAS FIRST TO CROSS AND EVERY BODY FOLLOWED ONLY ONE DIDN'T CROSS HE ESCAPED. WILLIAM AND BOWIE DIED AND DAVID WAS CAPTURED AND KILLED. ONE MEXICAN SOLIDER SAID I HAVE NEVER SEEN A GUY DIE WITH OUT COMPLAINING. AFTER DYING HE WAS A FOLK HERO BUT A HUNDREDS OF YEARS LATER WE ARE STILL LEARNING ABOUT DAVY CROCKETT.
