Welcome to the BHS Express
A newsletter keeping you informed about Batavia High School

Andrea Conner, BHS Principal
Hello Bulldog Families.
It’s a whirlwind of activity at BHS as we are working to wrap up the school year while packing up classrooms in time for our staff exit on May 22nd. All BHS staff members will have limited access to the current high school after May 22nd. Wow! It’s been busy!
Mr. Millard’s update noted the phone service interruption that will happen in the afternoon of May 22. The district will be working diligently to restore that service as quickly as possible. Moving throughout the next several months, email will be the best way to reach staff members from BHS. Many of us will be working in different locations, but we will make sure that we still serve our high school students’ needs. This will best be accomplished by communicating through email and allowing us to call you.
Please watch for summer communications that pertain to updates for campus access as well as for other important dates. Please reference the Important Dates section below for some August dates that will be important to our current 9th through 11th grade students, as well to our incoming 9th grade students.
Next week, Friday, May 19, is our last day of school. This will also be the last day that The BHS Express will roll out for the 2022-2023 school year. Pay close attention to your emails in August, and make sure you keep Final Forms updated. This is the platform we use to get most of our families’ information.
We appreciate your support in helping us get your student(s) to the finish line! We’re looking forward to a successful last week of school!
In service to our Bulldogs.
