Camp Hope 2023 Registration is now available! Camp Hope is a grief camp offered through Hospice of North Central Ohio and is available to all children ages 6-17. Please register at www.myhnco.org or you can find printed registration forms in the office at the school.
Summer Lunch Program: Fredericktown Interchurch will provide an assortment of breakfast and lunch items for children in grades K-6 throughout the summer months. If you are interested in the Summer Lunch Program, please call Fredericktown Interchurch at 740-694-8110.
Back to School Program: Fredericktown Interchurch will provide your child’s school supplies based on the Fredericktown School Supply list. Gym shoes, extra clothing, book bags, and lunch boxes are not included. If you are interested in the Back to School Program, please call Fredericktown Interchurch at 740-694-8110.
5th Grade Transition Day will be on Monday, May 15th. The 5th grade students will have the opportunity to meet their 6th grade teachers and receive a tour of the middle school.

Spring Vaccination Clinic
Fredericktown Immunization Clinic
Dear Parent/Guardian,
Fredericktown Local Schools have partnered with Knox Public Health to provide an immunization clinic.
Tuesday, April 18th 9-11 a.m. @ Fredericktown High School.
The immunizations offered will only be the Meningococcal and Tdap.
Students over the age of 11 are eligible for the Tdap immunization and the Meningococcal immunization.
Students in 11th or 12th grade or are 16 years old, who have not received their 2nd dose of the Meningococcal immunization are eligible.
Please fill out the 3 consent forms (front and back) and have your student return them to the High School office by Friday, April 14th. Access the consent form by clicking the link below.
