What Should I Read Next
http://whatshouldireadnext.com
We discussed this site during the workshop. It provides suggestions to students who need book recommendations or who want to expand their reading selection. This is a great site to show to students and to post on your library website.
Additional suggestions: I also like to periodically visit sites that highlight books that are being made into movies. I want to make sure I have enough copies before the movie debuts. I also like to keep a clipboard at the front desk for the students to make their own recommendations of books/series they'd like the library to purchase. I would like to extend this idea by creating a spot on our library website for student recommendations.
Hope this helps you as you make your YA book selections.
