Fun facts & Crafts With Anna Lineback
Holiday Edition! + Holiday lunch food review
This week’s holiday edition is my new favorite craft that I have done on Up 2 Date! It is pretty simple, and can be used to add some holiday cheer to whatever room you choose to put it in. The ingredients needed for this craft are also very cheap. They can even be free if you already have them around! I hope you enjoy this one! This week’s article also includes a food review! Our resident food reviewer was absent for the holiday lunch, so I will include my thoughts on it.
Paint Chip Garland
Ingredients-
Paint Chips
Scissors
Something to write with
String
Tape
Step 1 Draw these shapes on your paint chips | Step 2 Cut out those shapes. I will now call these lights. | Step 3 Line up your lights to the length you want them apart. |
Holiday Lunch @ GCJHS

First I want to say I really appreciate this holiday lunch! Not everyone is able to have their own holiday dinner, so it’s really nice of the lunch ladies to provide one!
Onion rings- The onion rings were very good, and I liked the seasonings on them. They were also very crispy 👍🏼
Mashed potatoes- Pretty basic mashed potatoes
Turkey- The turkey was ok. It needed some more seasoning, and the slightly slimy substance in the corner was a little suspicious.
Stuffing-I don’t really like stuffing myself so I asked one of my friends to try it. She said it was pretty good. The presentation of this stuffing was a little sus, but it ended up being pretty good.
Pumpkin bar- Very yummy!
Roll- It was pretty average bread, but good. It was very good with butter!
Rating- 3.5/5Onion rings- The onion rings were very good, and I liked the seasonings on them. They were also very crispy 👍🏼

Three Lunches and a Meme
BY ANNA STUDER
WELCOME TO SCHOOL LUNCH REVIEWS! MY NAME IS ANNA STUDER, AND I AM A FOOD CRITIC. I HAVE BEEN TAKING PHOTOS OF MY LUNCH SINCE THE THIRD MONDAY OF SCHOOL. I don’t want to make the lunch ladies look bad, because they have to make lunch for 600 students a day, and the government won't let them make things that they could last year, so imagine how difficult it must be. THEY WORK SO HARD, AND I JUST WANT TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT. With the new restaurant format, I will always do three reviews, but one restaurant, and two lunch ones every other week including this one. I HOPE YOU ENJOY!
Tuesday, December 7th, 2021WOAH!!! Super victory today with a total of 4 PIECES OF PEPPERONI ON ONLY ONE SLICE! Remember last week? I said that 1 ½ slices of pepperoni on one slice of pizza is not good at home, but a victory at school? That rule still applies, but 4 slices is a win at home, but 4 At ScHoOl? ThAt’S aN aLmOsT uNtHiNkAbLe AcHiEvEmEnT! The curly fries were delectable, and the strawberry applesauce was alright. I give this lunch 4 out of 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Wednesday, December 8th, 2021Apricots. Interesting. An unusual choice for fruit to put out. I can’t remember the last time I had an apricot except for Wednesday. Sorry, but the chicken was disgusting. I’m not even sure if it was real. Just as bad as the queso pasta. There also were Fritos. They were good. Also, a quick shout-out to all you peeps in the choir, good job at the concert! Ya did great! I give this lunch 3 out of 5 stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Friday, December 10th, 2021OMGosh. The banana. The stem is too short. The peel is as green as a gosh-darn houseplant, I don't know what to think. Who in their right mind would think this is edible? Sorry lunch ladies and anyone who actually ate this thing. The chicken and rice was alright. Not much flavor to it though. The interesting pumpkin square was good! I think the frosting was just the right amount! The curly fries were just delectable, as always. I give this lunch 4 ½ out of 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ |

Bonus Review!
Friday, Mrs. Lund of Team Dream gave me a slice of bacon(not turkey bacon) and told me it was from the lunch ladies. They wanted me to eat it and give a review! It was great! Thanks! I give this bacon 5/5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
