4th Grade Heritage Night Celebrates Our Diversity
The evening event for families was the culmination of all of that work. We had cultures from around the world represented. It was a fun and festive way to explore the diversity here at WTE. The 4th Grade Team hopes to make it an annual event.

5th Grade Celebration of Learning
We will be outside on the hill near the Library. Extended family and younger siblings are welcome. While we will have some chairs available, guests are invited to bring their own or a picnic blanket. If we are outside and you want a younger sibling in grades K-4 to attend, please keep him/her home in the morning and come together. We will not have enough time to call students out of class!
Should the weather not be suitable for an outdoor celebration, we will have to move to the Gym and limit entry to TWO people per family. A message will go out to families that morning. Overflow will be invited to go into the Cafe and watch a livestream of the ceremony.

Used Crayons Wanted
Please help GS Troop 41082 by donating used or unwanted crayons in support of The Crayon Initiative. The Crayon Initiative collects unwanted and used crayons that are donated from schools, homes, and restaurants throughout the country. They re-manufacture them and distribute to children's hospitals and art programs. Look for our donation bins throughout school beginning Tuesday, April 23rd.
