Kia ora e te whānau,

Welcome to sign language week! We have been learning to sign the Bob Marley song 'Three little birds" ask your child to show you!

The weather has certainly changed and cross-country has been postponed until Thursday. Children will need to wear the appropriate shoes. If you would like to watch the running starts about 11.45.

Week 3 is Friendship week with Pink Shirt day on Friday the 20th. Pink shirt day is about working together to stop bullying by celebrating diversity and promoting kindness and inclusiveness. Wear something bright and colourful to school and bring a donation that goes to the Mental Health foundation.

Ngā mihi,

Pounamu Teachers.
