Energy Science Stations
A BIG thank-you to Mrs. Breck for creating some AWESOME stations for us to visit and learn about Energy. Although we were supposed to meet in the garden to tie the stations in with concepts like plant energy and solar energy, the weather did not cooperate very well, so we visited the stations in our classroom. We still had a great time, and learned some really cool facts about energy. We'll just have to use our solar ovens on some hot day in July or August! Thank you, also, to Mrs. Breck's helpers: Mrs. Williams, Mrs. Robinson, and Mrs. Patenaude.
Friday 6/14
Today in Social Studies, we are going to expand our knowledge of economics. In Math, we're going to create Google slides with the Google Spreadsheets and Charts we made that show all of our data from the survey project. Today is my (Oscar's) birthday! And today is Crazy Hair Day! In Reading Workshop we'll be looking at photographic images of our Book Clubs' historical periods.
