Post Prom Committee Fundraising

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are in the process of planning the 2023 Post Prom event! We still need your help

with making this event happen on April 29, 2023. Post Prom is a junior parent

sponsored tradition that gives students a safe environment filled with food, fun activities,

and prizes for those attending. In years past it has taken about $10,000 - $12,000 to

put on and that is funded through parent contributions, business/corporate donations,

and fundraisers. We have raised $6,380.00 so far and need to close the gap. We

have a Euchre Tournament scheduled on February 4, 2023 and we would love for you

to register to play! https://www.eventbrite.com/e/euchre-tournament-for-the-2023-cascade-post-

prom-tickets-512055049437

Cant make the event? Please consider:

 A monetary donation or gift card donation – if you are unable to volunteer your

time please consider a donation or a gift card that we can use as a prize at the

event.

 A prize for students at post prom.

 Volunteering – It takes many parents to make this work. From fundraising to the

actual event.

 Business/Corporate Sponsorships – If you are a business owner or work for a

business, please consider sponsoring our event or asking your employer to make

a donation to post prom.

If you are interested in making a monetary donation you can venmo, paypal or send a

check to Cascade. Make checks payable to Cascade PTO with Post prom in the

memo, or if sending it electronically please make a note with Post Prom on it. If you

want to donate gift cards or a prize or two please contact Jennifer Weakley at

jweakley25@gmail.com or text or call (317) 402 – 7833 and we can make arrangements

to get it from you.

Thank you for helping make this event possible for the students!

Parking Lot Safety

You will notice yellow chains in the back parking lot at Cascade High School. These chains dictate traffic patterns to help keep our students safe during arrival and dismissal. Thank you for your understanding.
