January Team Incentive
*To view your Personal Volume, log into the Back Office, click on Commissions, then Volumes, and it will list your Total PV for each month. If you have any questions, please let me know.
January Month-End Cut-off
{Hoot Loot} Remember you can earn $25 in Hoot Loot for every $250 in Personal Volume achieved for the month. Therefore, if you are close to the next $250 increment, it might make sense to place an additional order of inventory items that you want for your display or a few of your bestsellers to get that $25 credit. This Hoot Loot credit will be added to your account by the 10th of the following month to use on future orders. To view your Personal Volume, log into the Back Office, click on Commissions, then Volumes, and it will list your Total PV for each month. As always feel free to reach out to your mentor or myself with any questions you may have.
{Rank Promotions} There are several of you who have already hit or are close to getting a promotion for January. Your official title change in the back office and any bonus from commissions earned from your team are done on the 10th of the following month. If any of you need further clarification on what is needed, please reach out to your mentor or myself so we can help to ensure you reach your goal.

Revised Terms & Conditions
I want to point out the one change I noticed is under #7.
"Failure to make wholesale purchases totaling at least $199.00 once every six months will result in the automatic termination of Designer position with O2."
This used to read "ANY" order every six months. I am unsure when this will take effect or if it already has and I don't have any other information about it, so if you have any questions, I suggest you email designercare@origamiowl.com at this time until we hear anything more.

*I don't want anyone to stress over this, but wanted to bring it to everyone's attention. $199 every six months breaks down to $33 in wholesale purchases every month, which is essentially selling one locket a month. Also, as of now they have not inactivated any designer who hasn't met the requirements (even when it was on ANY order).

NATIONAL Convention
Have you heard the news? We’re planning another BIG event and we want you to join us! Here’s the scoop…
When: July 12 & 13, 2013 (plan to arrive mid-day Friday and leave on Sunday)
Where: Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, AZ
Early Registration: $175 – Registration will be open in February
Hotel: Make reservations now at the Sheraton, Downtown Phoenix. Rooms are $99 a night and can be booked by clicking here. The $99 discounted rate will be available until June 21. Discounted rooms are available from July 10 - 14 so you can extend your stay if you choose.
