As part of a celebration of our school board members, students in Kindergarten through Third Grade were asked what a board member does. Watch the video below to see what they said.

Thank you to everyone in the Avon Grove Charter School community for choosing our school. In January, we celebrated National School Choice Week through Raise Craze and called it There's No Place Like AGCS.

Administrators took on the roles of characters from The Wizard of Oz and designed matching pin badges for students and staff to earn by completing Acts of Kindness, which would raise funds for the school.

Community members on Facebook and Instagram who shared NSCW or Raise Craze photos with #NoPlaceLikeAGCS were automatically entered to win gift cards. Although the contest has ended, the hashtag is great way to catalogue AGCS Kindness. Not to mention, I still have a few remaining NSCW gift cards...
