What is a workplace burnout?

Burnout is a state of emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion caused by stress.

The Three "R Approach" to help deal with Burnout

Recognize- that you might be having a workplace burnout.
Reverse- undo the the damage by managing stress and seeking support.

Recover- returning to your normal state of mind, health, and strength.
