The Men and Leadership Program and the Women and Leadership Program are multi-week (6), non-credit programs, open to all students, that explore the dynamics of leadership and the impact gender has on how leadership is “done” both in college and after graduation. A key purpose of the program is to enhance students’ perspectives on personal leadership and community building through group discussion, personal application, and mentorship.

The fall 2013 program will take place on Thursdays from 3:00 - 4:15pm, from September 19th through October 24th.

Applications are due by 12:00 PM on Monday, September 16th to the Office of Student Activities. Email if you would like an application!

Although the programs are tailored toward the specific gender aspects as stated in the program title, these programs are open to all students and participation is the programs is open to all genders.

Attendance at all sessions is desired but not mandatory. An intended outcome for the participants is to complete a project that will be demonstrate their understanding of the program aspects. This project will be "built" upon each week which is why attendance at all sessions is desired.

If you have any questions about the application or about the program components, don't hesitate to contact the Office of Student Activities,, 594-7260
