Sixth grader that thinks he is hated by everyone, including his family. Trent made a new friend that helped him get his book of thoughts. Trent decides to go watch a movie instead of going to dinner with his dad. Mrs.Emerson hates Trent for accidently braking one of plants. Trent gets into a fight with a boy and loses Fallons trust. Fallon's parents don't allow Trent to their house until he gets Fallon to trust him again. Trent finally makes Fallon do something she never thought she could do and gets Fallons trust back.
my favorite character is Trent because of the way he acts is sometimes funny. Trent also deals with things that some people have to deal with, like parents that are no longer together, bullies like any middle school boy or girl would have. I also like how I can also relate with this character.
I think anyone who reads this book will enjoy it. I would recommend this book to anyone but mostly to people that have family problems. If you have family problems once you read this book it wont seem as bad as it did before
