What are they?
primary source: document that was written at the time of its study, offering an inside view to the topic. Primary sources can be documents, creative works of literature, autobiographies or eyewitness accounts.
secondary source: a source written from an analysis of a primary source.
When do you use them?
Primary and secondary sources are often used during the research process as a helpful reference for gathering reliable information on a topic.
