Definitions

Wampanoag

Wampanoag: A confederacy of Indian people of the southeastern Massachusetts. The Wapmpanoag is a tribe of no harm.

Pilgrims

Pilgrims: A person who journeys to a scared place for religious reasons. The Pilgrims were scared of coming to the new land.

Natick

Natick: Natick is the language the Wampanoag spoke. Natick is the language that the pilgrims did not understand.

The Connection

The Connection between the both of the The Wampanoag and The people these days are: We all Care for each other, we care for each other by helping others with tuff problems in life. Also we all have responsibilities like: Taking care of children, planting crops, ETC.

While I was making this project some of the facts I learned were: The Wampanoag ate the three main foods which were : Maize, A different term for corn, beans and squash. Also a diet was Fish and fruit. Also in the 1600's the clothing for men, women, boys and girls was dhoti.

While I was making this project some of the facts I learned were: The Pilgrims lived in a very simple life. They lived in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, ETC. Also They came from different places in Europe like France, London, ETC.
