What are your students learning? Can they explain what they are learning and why? Have you created relationships and relevance for your learners?
If every administrator would walk into 10% of the classrooms and ask 5 students what are they learning then document your answers.
Communicate clear learning targets, decide what success looks like, evaluate the impact - It's all about the impact. Quit worry about teaching and worry about impact.
