Arrival and Dismissal Information
Arrival Information
Staff will be outside and at doors to welcome students starting at 8:45. Students arriving on campus will enter the campus in one of the following ways:
- Buses:
- Bus riders will exit buses and walk across the playground to their assigned door outside the cafeteria.
- Parent Drop Off:
- Students will get dropped off in the upper parking lot, as usual. They will walk to the lower lot, along a marked route and enter the building from the playground at their designated door. For safety, we ask that all parties (other than students) remain in their vehicle during drop off and pick up. Students may not be dropped off before 8:45. This will be the earliest we open doors to the building and have supervision.
- Walkers:
- There will be two entry points for students. One will be by the upper lot, in the grass. Students will then follow the path, passing the bike racks, and will enter the building from the playground.
- The second drop-off point is near the bus/staff entrance. Students will follow the sidewalk from the grass area and enter the building from the playground at their designated door.
Once students get in the building:
Students should use the dots and travel on the right side of the hallway in the direction of the arrows. Teachers will greet students at classroom doors. Teachers will provide hand sanitizer as they come in and sit in their seats.
Dismissal Information
The Hybrid day is over at 11:15 for the AM session and 3:00 for the PM session. Classes will be led out by their teachers. They will drop students off in this order:
Bus → → → Walkers → → → Vehicle Pick-up
Walkers:
- Walkers will leave our campus from the grassy area near the staff parking lot.
Vehicle Pick-up:
- We ask all families to stay in vehicles. No parents will be able to wait in the front entry area. Thank you!
