What is Digital Health and Wellness?
Digital Health and Wellness is an element of digital citizenship that focuses on using technology safely. It is the physical and psychological well being of technology users. Computer ergonomics study the efficiency of one's technology area, and can give tips on how students should use technology.

Poor Digital Health and Wellness in Students
Students don't know how to properly sit at a computer and they spend so much time with technology it is causing problems-internet addiction, poor posture, eye problems, joint and back aches, loss of interaction with others, and so many more.
How to Improve Digital Health and Wellness
20/20/20
For every 20 minutes students are looking at a screen, have them stare 20 feet away for 20 seconds to give their eyes, and minds a break.

Desk Setup
Sit correctly to lower health risks-screen should be about 20 inches away from students' faces at an angle, their feet should be flat on the floor, arms should be flat and wrists shouldn't be turned inwards.
