NAVIA HSAs
If you haven’t moved your Navia HSA over to American Fidelity, you can use the HSA Rollover Form. Fill the form out and submit it to American Fidelity. The process takes several weeks to complete.
GOOD NEWS FOR STAFF WHO HAD A 2020 FSA OR DCP!
In late December, Congress passed a COVID relief bill which included flexibility to make it easier for you to use your health care and dependent care Flexible Spending Account funds. This act will allow individuals with health care or dependent care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) to be able to carry over unused funds from 2020 into 2021. You may also carry over the unused amount to 2022. The carryover will only apply to active employees. More information will be coming.
What does this mean for you? You can continue to submit FSA claims for 2020 to Navia until March 31, 2021, which is the end of the run-out period. Use the Navia Form or submit your receipts on the mobile app. If you have unused funds in your health or dependent care accounts for 2020 at the end of March, Navia will send the unused funds to the district. The district will then redirect the funds to American Fidelity and you will see the funds deposited in your respective health care or dependent care accounts for 2021. You may use the carryover funds for claims incurred in 2021.
The Coalition Health Center (CHC) has moved to a new location. The new medical office is said to be more convenient, modern, and comfortable. The new site will allow CHC to feature a range of services, including primary care, acute care, chronic care management, and full x-ray capabilities.
The new office is near the old site, in the former location of the TVC First Care West at 570 Riverstone Way #3. The doors to the new location opened on February 1, 2021.
If you have any questions regarding the Coalition Health Center, please contact the Benefits Department.
