Welcome to the Fronterra Gazette. This newsletter was created to enhance communication in your community and to keep Fronterra residents up to date on neighborhood happenings, events, meeting dates, and much more!

April Highlight - Landscaping Guidelines

Did you know there are specific requirements for yards in Fronterra?

Keeping your property maintained not only helps Fronterra at Westpointe stay a beautiful place to live, but it can also help maintain your property values. Here is an abbreviated list of landscape requirements for your yard.


  • Front yards and side yards in front of your fence must be fully sodded (this is usually provided by your builder). The backyard must be fully sodded by the homeowner within 30 days after closing.
  • 2 hardwood shade trees planted in the front with a caliper no smaller than 3" for standard lots.
  • For corner lots, the requirement is 4 hardwood shade trees with a caliper no smaller than 3", with two planted in front of the house, and two planted alongside your home.
  • Grass must be maintained at a proper height and trimmed away from sidewalks, alongside the house, driveway, and any other obstacle.
  • Trees and shrubs should be maintained and pruned regularly.

FAQs

When is my HOA assessment due? How much is it?

Assessments are DUE the first day of January, April, July and October.


HOA assessment fees vary depending on which part of Fronterra you reside in.


  • Non-gated: $480 per year, collected quarterly
  • Gated: $940 per year, collected quarterly

If I am late paying my bill, what will I be charged for a late fee?

Late charges start to accrue after the last day of the month they are due. You will be charged a late fee of $25 per month plus collection fees and interest (if applicable) until the assessment is paid in full. If you have any questions about fees on your account, you can send an email to info@kithmanagement.com.

Can I pay my HOA bill online?

Yes you can! You may initiate an automatic payment (ACH/E-Check) to have your payment automatically drafted directly from your bank account on a recurring basis or for a one-time payment. There is NO CHARGE for this service and it eliminates the need to schedule and mail checks. You will need your account number, the Management Company ID, and the Association ID. See below:

Click on the button "Pay my HOA Bill" to be taken directly to the website address.

Help! My pool key won't work! What do I do?

Don't panic! Here's what you do:

  1. Take photos of all the numbers listed on your key card and email them to info@kithmanagement.com.
  2. Include your name, address, and the date of the last time you tried using it.

Is there a specific fence stain required by the HOA?

Yes. The fence stain permitted in the design guidelines is Behr #501 semi-transparent cedar tone. However, Behr changed the product name to #533 Cedar Natural Tone Semi Transparent. This should be readily available at your local hardware/paint store. Click here for more information.
