Committee Chairman Message
I hope everyone is ready for an exciting week ahead. Please remember that there is no meeting this week since it is the Fourth of July. Then the following week is SUMMER CAMP!! So this week, please ensure your son is ready for a week of fun and Scouting.
Please remember there will be no troop meeting on the Fourth of July.
Parents, it is also time to update your Medical Forms with the troop. Scouts will need all three parts completed for Summer Camp. We like to have these forms completed and updated before summer camp. This allows our check-in to be smoother and quicker. Parents, please also make a copy of the form just for your records.
If you would like to help in this process, please let me know and email me at 177committeechair@gmail.com or bbender1613@gmail.com.
Medical Forms!!!
Parents!
It's that time again; please start bringing in your scout's updated health forms!
Health forms need to be refreshed yearly; some of our health forms expire this month.
Remember, for summer camp we need the full part A, B and C...
Part C is signed by a Doctor,
Shot record dates are needed,
Tetanus especially.
Make sure your leader's contact info is updated to Mr. H.
Please let us know if there are any allergies or concerns.
Finally, remember that we need a copy of both sides of your health insurance cards.
If you have any questions, please see Mr. E (who's collecting health forms)
Thanks!!
