The fashion of the 1950 and 1960s changed a lot in between that time. Most people remember the 60s as a really wild and colorful although, is not how it started out. There are also trends, such as greasers. The fashion was so wild that they made dresses out of paper. The 50s where like how the 60s started out.

1. The name greasers came from there greased back hairstyles (Wikipedia).

2. In the 1960s the Scott Paper Company wanted there name out there. That's when they got the idea to make dresses out of paper. There was two styles. White and black, or all red,(Niven).

3."The first years after World War II might be regarded by fashion historians as a period of transition. A period of groping after the lines into witch fashion would settle for an 8 year to 10 year span"(retrowaste.com).

4. The pointy wings on glasses could be considered dangerous (fashion-era.com).

5. "The waistline was a major issue in the 1950s. Some women really liked the snug fit of the Dior dresses while other liked the dresses with no waistline"(retrowaste.com).
