CCE Fall Conference Meals Sign Up Genius
We appreciate all that our CCE staff has been doing this school year! We want them to enjoy some good food together, so we will be providing a baked potato bar & soup dinner from McAlister's during Parent Teacher Conferences on Wednesday (10/28/20) and lunch, graciously donated by Zarda BBQ, the next day (10/29/20). Please consider providing one of the items below!
The dinner will be served at 4 pm, so please have your contributions to CCE by 3:30 on Wednesday for set up. The lunch will be served at 1:00pm on Thursday, so please have your contributions to CCE by 12:30pm. You are welcome to drop these items off either at CCE or one of our houses (just contact one of us for home drop off.) Please make sure to label all items for the staff lunch if you drop off at CCE.
*** One important thing to note this year is that due to Covid ALL ITEMS MUST BE STORE BOUGHT. Please no items made and brought in from your home.
Please let us know if you need help getting your items to school!

Fall Parade and Celebration
Fall fun is just around the corner! Clear Creek will host our 2nd annual all-school parade on October 28th starting at 9:05 a.m. Parade routes are below to help you pick the best spot to be able to see all of the wonderful costumes.
If your child would like to wear a costume…
Wear it to school that morning.
Keep costumes school appropriate
Save the face paint, weapons, and hair coloring for trick-or-treating.
For safety, children must be able to clearly see through a mask.
***Please remember that protective masks will be required for our staff,
students, and parade watchers! ***
Our CCE Team is more than prepared to have lots of special fun before we are dismissed at 12:10 for the day and our PTO will be working with parents on Treat Bags to be sent home!
Parking
We would love for families to join us during the parade! Since we have limited parking we highly encourage those that can, to walk to the school or carpool with other families. Also, please be mindful of the morning car loop. The back parking lot will be unavailable for parking until the car loop has ended, approximately 8:45 am. The front bus loop will also be blocked off entirely as we will parade through the loop.
Parade Route
If the weather allows, all grades will parade outside. The parade will start at the back doors on the south end of the parking lot. We plan to have grade levels parade in the following order: fourth, third, kindergarten, fifth, first, and then second. Children will walk along the back parking lot following the path around the kindergarten playground. They will then walk across the front of the building and reenter the school at the front entrance to head back to class. Our parade route is noted in red on the map below. Please keep this area clear for the staff and students.
Inclement Weather Route
If the weather is not conducive to an outdoor event, we will be enjoying our day in the classroom with our friends and teachers. Due to COVID, we are unable to provide an indoor route this year.
