Desertification is the process of fertile land becoming desert lands.Desertification is happening all over Africa. Mostly in Northern Africa and also in parts of Southern Africa.
It is caused by cultivation of marginal lands, droughts, human activities, etc..
It is happening ALL over Africa.
In Africa, overpopulation is caused by high fertility rate.

It is happening in Central Africa.
It is happening because of the abject poverty, poor infrastructures, famine, etc..
It is happening all over Africa.
In Africa, civil wars are happening because of high-levels of poverty, failed political institutions, and the economic dependence on natural resources.
Diseases are spreading because of the horrible health care system they have. They can't properly vaccinate everyone because of their poor economy.
How does a lack of education relate to the problems above?
- A lack of education relates to overpopulation because the people of Africa have no way of knowing that their country is growing and growing and nobody is stopping them because they have such a high poverty rate.
- The Civil Wars is seen as an opportunity factor with a lack of education.
- With a lack of education, it also affects the diseases in Africa because not many people have a knowledge with illnesses that is spread around, due to the fact that they don't have the necessary knowledge with diseases.
