You will learn about digital learning days for your student(s) and have an opportunity to use the devices and websites your child uses.

Please let your child's teacher know if you plan to attend and we will have their device ready for you.

Be sure to how some extra next week to the best Art teacher ever, Ms. Leah Mills!

Please join us for our Annual Title 1 Parent Meeting. During this meeting we will share information on the Title I program, our budget and our plan for the year.

Free child care will be provided beginning at 6:15 pm.

Translation services will be available.

If not, make sure to complete this important step so you don't miss out any messages from your child's teacher and/or the school.

And don't forget to download the ParentSquare app!! It's the best way to receive up-to-date notifications from your child's teacher!!

BOX TOPS

Box Tops For Education (BTFE) is all digital. Physical receipts can be photographed and submitted via app. Digital receipts can be forwarded to BTFE for points.

KROGER COMMUNITY REWARDS

Kroger Community Rewards Go to www.kroger.com and link your Kroger Plus account to our organization (K.E. Taylor Elementary School PTA, organization number IX040). Any transactions moving forward using the Shopper’s Card number associated with your digital account will be applied to the program, at no added cost to you.

PUBLIX PARTNERS

Publix Partners Sign up for Club Publix at www.publix.com/myaccount/register, click Publix Partners, and select our school (K E Taylor Elementary School). Then, enter your phone number or pay with the Publix app every time you check out our partners.

We are looking for a parent volunteer in the Media Center on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30-10:30am. If you would like to pick one day and come each week for one hour, that would be wonderful! If you are interested, please email Meg.Lovejoy@gcpsk12.org

Parents, driving your child(ren) to school each morning provides you with an opportunity for some quality time and conversation. If you choose to drive your children to school, please make note of our morning arrival schedule as you plan your morning routines at home.

Please remember, our school arrival times have changed a bit. Student arrival begins at 8:15 and the car rider doors close at 8:35 am. Our late bell rings at 8:40 am. If your child will be eating breakfast at school, please arrive in time to eat and return to class by 8:40. Taylor Elementary arrival and dismissal times are listed below.

8:15 am - Car Rider Doors Open
8:35 am - Car Rider Doors Close

8:40 am - Late Bell

8:50 am - Start of School Day

2:45 pm – Last Student Check Out

3:20 pm - Dismissal Begins

3:40 pm - Car Rider Doors Close
