The Blood Purges
Paxton Herbert
Was it positive or negative?
- The Blood Purges were a negative for the people of the Soviet Union. They were put under trial by Stalin, and (if found guilty) were either murdered, or sent to concentration camps where they would have endured harsh conditions and eventually, they would have died.
- It was a positive for Staline. This is because everyone was so afraid of him. They were afraid that Stalin would come after their family, so they followed him in fear that their family would survive.
