W2s & 1095-C
W2s - Many of you have taken advantage of the opportunity to receive your W-2s electronically. Here are some W2 FAQ's
1095-C: The District is also required to provide you a copy of your 1095-C, which provides important information for your tax reporting related to the offer of medical insurance coverage from the District to you. You can also receive this information electronically, if you choose to do so, which will expedite the distribution and processing of your taxes.
If you would like to receive your 1095-C electronically, please follow these instructions:
Log into eSuite
Go to the “My HR” drop down menu
Select “Print my 1095-C”
Read the instructions on the webpage
Click the box next to “Paperless 1095-C”
The District has a deadline of March 2, 2023 to distribute your 1095-C. We will work to distribute this information earlier so that you can accurately complete your personal income taxes.

BADGE AWARENESS
* REMINDER - wearing your badge is mandatory.
* Help us extend the life of your badge by not storing near your cellphone. It seems to deactivate the badges.
* Please keep track of your badge. Consider wearing it on a lanyard and keeping it in a safe place when not at work.
Unfortunately, it cost the district around $10 each to replace. :(
Thank you for your mindfulness!
