YOUR WEEKLY COMMUNICATION ABOUT ALL THINGS MURASKI

A Message From the Principals

Dear Muraski Families,

We want to thank all of the parents who volunteered to make our Breakfast with a Buddy such a success. It was great to see so many of you here this week for the event and we were beyond thrilled with the turnout! Walking around the cafeteria and seeing families interacting and students smiling was incredible. We are looking forward to finding more ways for families to become involved in activities here at Muraski.

We would also like to thank the volunteers for came in to help with our Scholastic Book Fair. The kids loved walking around and shopping with their class. There is nothing better than seeing students excited to read!

Last week was Say Something week. The students learned a lot of ways they can stand up for others who are not included and being treated unkindly. All the students in the school had the opportunity to sign their name and pledge to be kind and stick together.

We hope you enjoy some of the pictures captured from the exciting week.

Have a great week,

Mike Griffen & Katie Hawk

OST Testing Dates: Grades 3-5

Spring testing will be here before we know it. We want to provide you with these dates because it is important that your child is in school on their assigned testing date prior to the start of the test. Students tend to do their best when their routine is consistent. We recognize that you are not able to control everything, but if you could be cognizant of these dates when making appointments, coming in late, etc. we would appreciate it. Note: If a child is late to school on a testing day, they are not able to enter the classroom if the test has already started.
