2021-22 School Site Local Control Accountability Plans

Each of our wonderful Cambrian school site principals summarized and outlined their Local Control Accountability Plan School Plan goals, actions and services for improving student outcomes according to the eight priorities set by the state in alignment with the District's Local Control Accountability Plans (LCAP).


The school LCAP is an overall strategy to support and achieve the goals for high student achievement, developing staff collective efficacy, creating nurturing and positive school climate, and strong community engagement and involvement. Within each school LCAPs are common districtwide themes as well as themes that are unique to each school community and were developed based on the most current local and state assessment data and stakeholders’ input, including surveys from students, parents and staff, and a variety of school and district forums.

Memorandum of Understanding in honor of Cambrian District Teachers' Association and California School Employees' Association

The Governing Board recognized and honored the fortitude and commitment of all Cambrian employees with a one-time, off-schedule bonus for the 2020-21 fiscal year.


Over the past year, our Cambrian team achieved great success, continued to shine brightly, and selflessly served our community throughout a unique time in history. The one-time bonus shall not exceed $1,000 and will be paid in the June 2021 payroll. This recognition is for all CDTA and CSEA Cambrian employees.

Resolution 20-21-14: Compensation Adjustment in honor of District Classified/Certificated Management, Supervisory, and Confidential Employees

The Governing Board approved Resolution 20-21-14 that honors the fortitude and commitment of all Cambrian employees with a one-time, off schedule bonus for the 2020-21 fiscal year. This one-time bonus shall not exceed $1,000 and will be paid in the June 2021 payroll for all district classified/certificated management, supervisory, and confidential employees.

AB1200 Public Disclosure of Collective Bargaining Unit Agreement with CDTA - PUBLIC HEARING and Approval

Assembly Bill (AB) 1200 requires local education agencies to publicly disclose the provisions of all collective bargaining agreements before entering into a written agreement. Consequently, the information relative to the proposed agreement with Cambrian District Teachers Association (CDTA) is hereby provided in the form required by the County Office of Education. The Governing Board voted to approve AB 1200 Public Disclosure of Collective Bargaining Unit Agreement with Cambrian District Teachers' Association. Cambrian District Teachers' Association and the Cambrian School District have come to an agreement regarding compensation and health and benefit cap increases.

Ratification of Agreement between the Cambrian District Teachers' Association and the Cambrian School District

The Governing Board of Trustees voted to ratify the agreement between the Cambrian District Teachers' Association and the Cambrian School District subject to review by the Santa Clara County Office of Education. The agreement also includes an extension of the current agreement to expire on June 30, 2022. Please click here to review the tentative agreement between the CDTA and CSD.

Resolution 20-21-15: Compensation and Benefits Adjustment For District Classified/Certificated Management, Supervisory, and Confidential Employees

The Governing Board unanimously approved Resolution 20-21-15: Compensation and Adjustment for District Certificated/Classified Management, Supervisory and Confidential Classified Employees. This resolution aligns the compensation and benefit cap increase for the classified/certificated management, supervisory and confidential employees with Cambrian District Teachers’ Association. California School Employees' Association, Local 641 Sunshine Statement

The Board approved the California School Employees' Association Sunshine Statement to the Cambrian School District. California School Employees' Association wishes to inform the the Cambrian School District of its desire to modify and/or amend:

Superintendent Employment Contract: Amendment

The Board unanimously approved the attached Addendum to the Superintendent’s Employment Contract. The attached Addendum to the Superintendent’s Employment Contract includes a one time, off schedule bonus of $1,000 given in recognition of the Superintendent's support to the Cambrian community during the global COVID-19 pandemic, similar to all other Cambrian employees. In addition, an adjustment to the health benefits cap, as currently available to other management and certificated employees.
