Voting Day Procedures
**IMPORTANT**
Please Read
Dear Families,
Tomorrow is election day and we share a parking lot with the voting precinct at Town Hall. We need your help! Here’s how it will impact us:
If you are visiting Noyes at any time tomorrow, please park at the United Methodist Church and walk over. The town has asked our Noyes staff and parents to park across the street so voters have available parking.
We strongly encourage ALL bus pass holders to take the bus tomorrow at dismissal.
If you are picking up your child by car at dismissal, you must enter and exit on Concord Road. A police officer will be there. We will line up two rows of cars for loading as we usually do on election days.
NEW! We are continuing to try a new procedure for PM bus dismissal. Our PM buses will enter the parking lot through the normal exit lane. Buses will come UP the one-way exit driveway next to the Loring Parsonage and pull down the driveway in front of Noyes facing down the entrance lane. In other words, buses will enter through the exit lane and exit through the entrance lane. On officer will be at the end of the driveway and will direct voters up the one way (wrong way) driveway during our dismissal (about 20 minutes). This will allow voters access to the parking lot closest to Town Hall.
Thank you for your help and attention to this!
