Counselor’s Corner

Spring is in the air and it is a great time to help remind kids to get fresh air. Not only is fresh air good for our physical health, it has a number of mental health benefits. Time outside has proven to help lower the risk of depression and hyperactivity and expand kids' creative thinking. Children who are healthier tend to have more success in school and better relationships.
